Iris Gaeta (1996) is an Italian writer and filmmaker born in Rome, Italy.

She currently lives between London and Rome, she works as film director and writer. She is mostly interested in psychology, literature and drama.

She did a foundation year in Filmmaking and Art & Design at University City of Oxford, then graduated with First Class Honours in BA Film and Television at University of the Arts London. Meanwhile, she has been working as Assistant Director for international productions. Also, she directed a short film “Rising Heartbeats” (2019), available on Amazon Prime.

In 2021 she published a book: “ALTROVE”.

She is currently working on the edit of her first movie FANUM, it will be released next year.

Iris’ biggest aim is to fulfill her violent need of telling stories in her own way.
